By using Biblioteka, you agree to these terms.

Your content and lawful use

You retain ownership of content you import. You must have the legal right to store and read every PDF, image, and audio file you add. Do not use Biblioteka to infringe copyright, distribute unauthorized copies, or break applicable law.

Local storage and backups

Biblioteka stores core data locally. You are responsible for making backups and protecting exported files. Device loss, storage failure, app removal, or an unsuccessful transfer may cause data loss.

Focus and audio features

Fullscreen and Do Not Disturb features are optional aids, not safety controls. Keep access to emergency communications appropriate to your circumstances. Do not use the app where attention to your surroundings is required. Audio playback must comply with your rights and local rules.

AI-generated descriptions

Descriptions may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be checked before relying on them. Availability is not guaranteed.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the app or its services, probe or overload online endpoints, bypass security controls, or use the service to harm others.

Availability and disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law, without warranties that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

Changes and termination

Features and these terms may change. You may stop using the app at any time. Access to online services may be limited for abuse or legal compliance.
